Outlook Express 6

I'm trying to get Outlook Express to get my e-mail. I've set it up just like the page http://help.powweb.com/tutorials/email/win/oe56.php says. When I click the Send/Recv button, it goes though like it's reading the e-mail account, but no folders show up. It's for studioarroyo.com

in the Internet Mail Logon screen, where it asks for Account Name, did you enter your Username ? This is not the same as your username@yourdomain.com, but the unique username for all Powweb users.

So, for example, let's say you have

email: twinsen@twinsensdomain.com
username: master.twinsen
password: *****

in OE, at the Account Name prompt, enter master.twinsen, not twinsen.
