Since most internet surfers still do not have broadband capability, an old problem still exists, that being, music clips or samples that take forever to download. Am wondering if Powweb has a workaround to eliminate or at least improve this issue? Could part of the problem be the ISP one uses?
I've come across sites that stream large music files without the "hiccups"almost immediately without local broadband. Does anyone out there know how to make that happen? I've emailed a couple of these sites but their silence gives me the impression they don't want to reveal how they do it.
