How can I customize my shopping cart?? I have zenCart and cannot figure out how to customize it. Do I have to edit the HTML document myself?? Thanks

Start by asking in the right forum - I'll move it to the eCommerce one and you should get a few more suggestions than in MySQL

I don't use Zen, but I do use osCommerce which is similar. The Zen documentation will tell you about the template system they use and how to customize it. You will edit PHP files that contain HTML in most cases.
