My son is looking for a company that can provide PC Hardware support at multiple sites in many locations. A nation-wide support company is probably needed. Does anybody have any recommendations or suggestions?
Thanks!

A nation-wide support company is probably needed.
What nation? The United States has many. BestBuy is convenient, but limited. They know and do less than I do! For example, they do not replace processor chips or even sell heat sink or thermal glue.
Many people will get support from the place in which they purchase hardware. Try asking larger businesses who they recommend.

Here is a directory of computer service businesses.
I personally thought of Smartech (http://www.smartech-csi.com/) in Texas for national support.

As Yvette said, a good place for hardware support is from your supplier, especially if you're looking for a nation-wide solution. For example, Dell or IBM...very different companies but both offer support on their hardware.
