Can someone help me?

I'm trying to get My Mom on Juno. She has called and ordered a CD but it hasn't arrived over a month ago. I would have thought that you could easily go to juno.com or netzero.com or aol.com and download their program for free. I'm finding this not to be true. (i haven't tried aol, she want's Juno) Does anyone know of a site that I can download Juno for free without having to register and create an account with credit card etc.....
This is ridiculous! fortunately I've had broadband at work and never use the lesser isp's. but I wouldn't have thought that they would actually charge you to get setup!
any help would be appreciated.

You can download the software for free...after signing up for a username and password (and answering a lot of questions). You will need these anyway to log into Juno.
