FTP problems on new site

I just signed up for a site whygifts.com

The payment has gone through and the package is enabled, but domain name is still pending. whygiftscom.powweb.com shows
moon.powweb.com
64.63.125.73

I connected via ftp to moon.powweb.com, logged in ok, but there is NOTHING in the ftp folder /

No htdocs, cgi-bin, or logs, and I can't get it to display any documents. Is this because I recently signed up, or something else? Thanks in advance

it take a little while for the folders to be created....

best thing to do is check back in a while.....

if you create the folders..... they will not work..... they are created when the account is setup......

when it's all done.... you should have folders called /htdocs , /cgi-bin . /ect , /logs

then you put all you web files in the /htdocs folder..... and you're ready to go.....
