Is account balance credited?

I would like to know if my account balance, which is currently positive, is going to be credited to the card that I used to sign up with, if I do not renew with powweb?

I don't think it would be but you may want to contact billing@powweb.com with that one. :)

Currently, the only way a positive account balance happens is when you refer someone to Powweb. Referral credits are not credited back to your credit card. Referral credits are only good for Powweb hosting or additional service fees. Unused referral credits have no value.

If you canceled an account w/in 30 days of signing up, then yes, those funds would be credit back to the credit card you used. If not, it would be sent to you in a check.
