TRANSFER from WEBSITE to PUBLISHER

I have a website for my non profit org that is uploaded and online...My hardrive crashed and my files are GONE! ***** is my website service prvider and the files are stored in thier control panel...I was wondering if it is possible to transfer files from thier control panel back to my hardrive?? or do I have to START ALL OVER??? I dont know much about computers...so PLEASE HELP ME!!! Thanks

You're going to have to contact your webhost. This has nothing to do with powweb.

Hello ED, if you had those files uploaded on your webhost
they should be able to back up your file and you can uploade them
back to your machine...
