My old phpbb forum was hacked, so I deleted everything and installed the latest version of 2.0.19. I have searched up and down here and google, still couldn't have my backed up files (phpbb_db_backup.sql) restored, either from phpmyadmin or from the installed new phpbb forum's "restore database" in administration panel. I tried to download the backup file .dmp.gz and still felt it's not working either.
With "restore database" from the administration panel, I get the "phpbb-auth_access already exist" problem.
With phpmyadmin, I get nothing, "the page couldn't be displayed".
Also, I read the content of phpbb_db_backup.sql, there's not a word of the content of my forum, so how in the world would I restore the old forum content?
