I just signed up for a new account with powweb. When I hit the submit button to pay for a year in advance the page I was sent to was a "Can Not Find Server" page, instead of a receipt page verifying that powweb recieved my order?

So now I have no way of knowing wehether or not powweb sucessfully recieved my order or not?? Or if my money is just out there in limbo somewhere(horrible thought)?

Ops is currently being worked on, if your order was successful you will receive a confirmation email (and will be able to log into ops once the work is complete). If you have not yet received an email and typed your address correctly on signup, it is likely it did not fully go through - you can have staff verify once Ops is back up via live chat or phone in the morning.
