question regaurding PHPBB and domain pointing

I have 2 domains using the same package. Now my question is this. When I go into site tools I have the option to install all of these different programs. (Great feature) but now how do I go about installing these. Below the program offered it asks where you want to install it to. Like http://blank.yoursitename.com/blank what my concern is I want to install it for my other domain the I am pointing with my package. So I need to have it installed to yoursitename2.com. Any thoughts?

It may depends on the each apps.
Some apps doesn't like to work with pointed domain (with RewriteRule), and you may need to modify the code a bit or use walk around method.

I don't know if Instant Installer handles pointed domain well or not ...

Why don't you try, as the Instant Installer should be able to uninstall if things go wrong.
I'd put the http://2nddomain.com/whatever/ in the installer's form.

You can always install everything by yourself, too.
