Reaction time for support tickets?

I sent Powweb a support ticket 2 days ago and have not received an answer, although they promise a reaction after max. 24 hours.

Is this nornmal? :confused:

Not that I mind that much, the issue is mostly for the benefit of Powweb (bandwidth abuse does not lead to a shutdown of my site) :D

My ticket got answered - well, noticed at least...

It's still 3 times the promised response time, but as long as I DO get an answer, I'm OK. :D

We are sorry for the long wait time. But you have to understand that we do work to resolve issues as soon as humanly possible. But we are happy that you are happy :)

Of course, I perfectly understand that. And I wouldn't have complained (too much :D ) about 3 days, I was just unsure about it...
