Registered Thursday, account "still pending"

I signed up on Thursday the 23rd and received the usual email, with this added:

We successfully received authorization for your credit card, however we were not able to verify your billing address information, so your account will be manually processed within the next 24 hours.

It's now the 26th, and although I can login to OPS the account is still pending. I've like to get this resolved before the end of the month so that I don't have to renew at the old host for March...should I open a ticket on this or just hope for the best?

better check it by sending an email to billing@powweb.com or call billing department monday morning.

The same happened to me, just wait and everything should be fine in a day or 2.
just remember that the actual domain name you've chosen could take up to 3 days to be valid.
I think that if you submit just before the week-end, you may have to wait the following monday or tuesday to get things all settled.
