I signed up on Thursday the 23rd and received the usual email, with this added:
We successfully received authorization for your credit card, however we were not able to verify your billing address information, so your account will be manually processed within the next 24 hours.
It's now the 26th, and although I can login to OPS the account is still pending. I've like to get this resolved before the end of the month so that I don't have to renew at the old host for March...should I open a ticket on this or just hope for the best?
