I signed up for an account about 5 years ago and have had it ever since. What I am wondering is what my account includeds as far and storage and bandwidth? Has my account increased along with the offers on new account? I can' seem to find it in OP's.

If a new account gets 12000 MB of storage does that mean my account does?

All existing packages are upgraded whenever the limits are upgraded. Everyone has the same package.

And you can find your current storage limits and usage under FTP>Usage/Quota. A very rough bandwidth meter/bargraph can be found under HTTP>Stats
