hi
I want to add a seperate ftp user for 'blogs' directory which lies in htdocs folder.
Please tell me how to do that.

Just a side note...if you give this to someone, keep an eye on it. A simple PHP script could modify/delete your entire site (even above the subdirectory). FTP limits the user access...but not script access.
