help getting mysql restored

My site is down, could someone help me get the databases turned back on? I would really appreciate it. I have about 1000 complaints from people who use my gallery site and it wasn't even that site with the possible abuser. It was wordpress. I've decided against using any more php on powweb, if one database gets turned off they all go off, and I have been slowly moving my site to dreamhost anyway, but i had planned to leave a few things on powweb, however I just don't think php is stable enough on powweb. I have been running an exact mirror of the site on dreamhost and not one error message, or lock out or even a hint of trouble. Still, i've never had any issues with the gallery site and i would like to continue with it until it degrades. I will only be hosting html and images from my layout site on powweb.

I can't use site tools either. Various parts of the ops are unavailable to me. I've been waiting for over 24hrs for support to tell me what is up or turn my account back on.

actually, that's not true. If you look through my other posts you'll see I get turned off about once a month and support never does anything until I come here and ask for help. The ONLY time I get help from powweb is when I complain on the forums.
Yeah, i've e-mailed support 3 or 4 times and have had trouble tickets opened all week with no reply, just generated messages no people who might care how stressed I am that this is happen just after we found out my mother in law is dying from cancer.
anyway, I made an exact copy of my site at dreamhost and use redirects to send all of my traffic there and I have not had one problem with mysql, getting hacked or those annoying iframe exploits since moving it off powweb. I just wonder why they won't respond to me. I removed wordpress from my powweb site and i'm willing to keep hosting my site at powweb without mysql even though i've lost a huge chunk of business partners over this, but they won't tell me anything. I just think I deserve to get what I pay for and now that I am being treated 100 times better at dreamhost (unlimited mysql and you can actually see when it uses up resources and how much), I can see how bad i've been treated by powweb. Kinda sucks but I still have a few months paid up.
