After importing the folder and resizing and setting the length, the time-line has shrunk the pics in the middle of the time-line and then it resumes regular size. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

And what program?
RE: Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
A .gif animation is usually made of not a single image but many/multiple images stacked then played/rendered to produce the illusion of motion in the image. So, it is usually best to modify a .gif animation using an editor designed to access the multiple frames and modify the desired frames with such a tool. I use Paint Shop Pro Animation 3.5. These types of applications also enable editing of other videos as well. :p

This was created using adobe image ready. Funny thing is Croc Hunter gave me the steps to create this and I have sucessfully created many on my home page. This series of jpegs imported into and resized was larger than the others. The animated gif bugs out after 80 frames. It is the warrior training or right side of the page.
Well, the things I see as being a little hinky are:
1) On the frame before the animation shrinks (Frame 93) the "undraw method" is "Restore Background". All the frames up to and after that one are "Leave".
2) Frame 94 (the first small one) also has a white background for some reason.
3) Frame 184 (the next full-size one) is some weird drawing of half a face.
4) All the full-size frames do not specify a top and left position. All of the small frames specify 0 for each. Exception is the aforementioned Frame 94 -- it also specifies 0 and 0.
I'll leave it to you to figure out how to fix these in image ready since I don't use it. ;)
Good luck,
Kevin
