minisqldump = 500 error?

I got a problem with the minisqldump. When I tryed to launch it it said:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@hlforum.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

What Im a doing wrong?

How did you install it?
Did you copy file by yourself, or installed using extratools.php?

If you copied the file manually, maybe you just forgot to set the permission to 700.
Other than that, it can be ftp transfer mode (causing line ending issue), or wrong naming of the file.
