email contents of mysql databases

i am after a method of sending the contents of the mysql database to my email address, is this possible? and how?

How big a database? In what format - do you want to just have a backup sql file - or a special format of the data?

There are scripts (check PHP forum) already built that will do backups and email them to you.

it is not that big about 500kb ?
just to back up the mysql as i would normally do manually.

i have tried to search the forum for such a script but can not find one
