Well I did a little investigating when I couldn't get their website to come up nor the neptune FTP server to work. I went to the company that sells domain names, which is an affiliate of pow web. They display an ad banner for pow web on their page. I clicked the banner (which is selling pow web domain space) and it loaded up pow web's website immediately. Oddly, this was the same address as the one I had been trying to reach earlier. Apparently you can access their page if the address in your browser is from their sales page, rather than their main page (perhaps one version of it is on pluto and one version on neptune (the names of their servers). I then surfed to the members area and attempted to login to ops. It was down. In fact, the members area link generates a javascript error so the secure link (if you'll notice, it says the ops area is a secure page, which means it has to generate a secure browser page for you in order for it to work) is never established. If a secure link can't be made, then you can't log into the server.
I'm guessing this means the neptune server is on the blink and the pages which are normally on neptune must be temporarily running on pluto or something. The reason I think this may be so is because my website works but I can't login to it. I can partially login to pluto server though (which means it is running), but I can't get any response from neptune server.
