Anyone know when the FTP will be back up an the rest 'o powweb's page's will show 'gain?

I've been waiting most of the day and part of the evening for it to come back up and have emailed support three times. No response yet.

Well hell. I as well sent 'em an email, an no respose.
I jus' got an account here like 2 day's 'go, an have a day off to work on mine site, an can't do nuthin' with it.
This is pretty lame.

I ran a tracert and it's looping back on itself, repeating the same two ip addresses over and over again.
216.239.131.250 and 216.239.131.249, back and forth, until all thirty hops are used up and the tracert cancels itself

Wouldn't bother me to much if I could at least upload an carry on.
Would be nice to at least hear back from sumone there at powweb.

it's looping inside the sprintlink router system. sprintlink is huge. if these ip addresses are not associated directly to pow web, then they will have to contact the necessary sprintlink people and inform them that one of the router paths is looping. this is the data i retrieved after running a reverse IP lookup on one of the looping IP addresses:

It's 4: 00 am where the pow web people originate. And not everyone is having the same problem because not everyone's path to the neptune server is the same. For example, when running a tracert from the vineyard.net (somewhere in the usa), the looping router is not a problem. In fact, it goes to the neptune server in 15 hops. You must be on the same router path that I am. : /

I thought powweb came outta Calif... Which is on the same time zone I'm on an that make's it 6:30 p.m. sat nite.
I connect thru terra.powweb.com
Not sure if that's the same as what you use, but I'll get a message sayin' it connect'd, but nuthin' show's, do it 'gain an get the block'd call an a failure notice.
