How do I cancel my subscription please. I have emailed but received no reply as yet. Is there someone specific I should write to?

Log into OPS and there is a link to a cancellation form - but remember it is the weekend and they're 8 hrs behind the UK. Cancellation can take up to 10 working days, that is excluding US public holidays and weekends.
