Can't create more FTP users?

Strange thing...
Today I entered OPS and tried to create a new FTP user and I didn't see the form to do it..

I go to Packages > FTP > Users (as usual).
See the entire list of currently FTP accounts.
Normally, just below that list I could create another user, but now that field is gone.. I can modify current users, but not create new ones.

There's one master account and 9 additional FTP accounts.
Is there some limit? How can I create more users?

Is there some limit?Yes - there's a 10 ftp user limit. In order to create another one, you'll need to delete one first.

Thanks: I deleted a couple of users, but now their username appear in red, and the row is grey.. but they don't dissapear from the list, nor can I create new users.

What is the best way to delete them ? (some of them have POP access and it's intended to stay that way)

Isn't that fun? I had that problem once and they need to add a note to that page so its clear. It takes like 15 days or something I was told for the red ones to be deleted. Can't remember why but it takes some time before the system boots em out. So you just gotta wait and be patient. I wish it was unlimited still.

You could try contacting support@powweb.com and ask them if it is possible to speed up the process.
