Potential new customer

As a potential new customer I have the following questions:

1- I should wait until the end of May to sign up? Thus avoiding any migration...

2- Will there be an announcement that new customers are put directly on the new platform? And the exact date this will happen?

2- ".htaccess" is being worked on? What does this mean- that .htaccess will not be immediately available? that a gui (similar to another hosting company) is being worked on so that you just enter directory info etc? - or do you have that already?

1) Will depend on if you already have a complicated site to migrate. If so, then wait. If you're starting out then jump in and the automatic route will take care of your site.
2) Probably. Date unknown.
3) .htaccess It means that there are parts of .htaccess that don't work as the rules describe at present and this is being investigated.
