New settings do not work yet

Hi all, the new FTP settings listed on http://transition.powweb.com/prepare.html do not work yet, or maybe its me, however I checked them on 3 sites.

They say we should change this now but don't bother!


I am not mad and I could care less, I am just saving others the trouble.

The instruction is wrong, unless PowWeb has added an ftp CNAME to all domains, which I don't think it has.

Well, what about the people that only check the transition site? they should change it.

That information is for after the web site is migrated to the new platform, not to be used for settings before then.

Its still miss leading "The following settings will work on both the current platform and the new one. We strongly recommend that you make any of the applicable changes now" they should change that.

My sincere apologies, folks. The information will be rewritten regarding FTP and reposted tomorrow. My appreciation to you for pointing this out so that I can get it fixed.
