Computer Strange problem

Computer is viewing all content in Italic writer. IE, Norton, some programs are hit and miss. Happened after i used dreamweaver

Ran Norton, Trendmacro, Malware, Ad-ware.

What OS is this? If XP, try the restore function, if you have it enabeled.

Do you have Norton Go Back or another program that allows you to restore your settings to a previous date? Sometimes when installing or updating software, your settings get changed, especially when updating Windows.

You can left-click to select a file, then right-click and choose Open With to choose what program in which to open it. At that time you can click the checkbox to Always open with that program. Try double-clicking the file to open it and see what program opens. You may even need to reboot. You shouldn't, but Windows is weird. You may discover that your settings with change yet again.
