I am using Roger cable in Canada and I want to add another ISP as a backup to insure that I never disconnected. When I contact one of the wireless internet service, they provide static IP address and Roger is provide dynamic ip address, what kind of router can balance my office's requirements between them for maximum bandwidth efficiency.
I want to try Linksys RV042 VPN router but the guy in wireless internet said it would not work due to static and dynamic ip cannot mix in one router, is this true or not?
please help and suggest what I should do, my whole idea is to get 2 internet sources.
Thanks.
