View Full Version : Been migrated - site down altogether
It appears that for at least a day before my site was migrated it went off-line altogether.
It's now been down totally for 3 days and I get no response from the support people.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to get the damned thing live again, or maybe moving to another hosting service?
Thanks.
What is your domain name? Can you log into OPS? What about the expiry date of your account or domain?
www.data-hq.com
I can log in to OPS, but no mail will go through.
Expiry date is 10/5/2006
Registrar of Record: TUCOWS, INC.
Record last updated on 08-Jun-2005.
Record expires on 08-Jun-2006.
Record created on 08-Jun-2005.
Domain servers in listed order:
NS3.POWWEB.COM 65.254.254.135
NS2.POWWEB.COM 65.254.254.134
Domain status: REGISTRAR-HOLD
Your package is valid, your domain name has expired!
You may have recently renewed it, after expiry. It's difficult to tell from the data publicly shown as a date in June 2007 is shown also.
I registered this with powweb, why is it showing as tucows?
TUCOWS is the registrar that Powweb uses. Powweb is simply a re-seller and not a registrar.
Am I supposed to renew with powweb or with tucows?
Thanks.
You renew through OPS - I'm not certain where in the new OPS but it is supposed to be there. Try 'domains' if it's not in the Accounts section.
Thank you. I'll see what I can sort out.
