I am having rather urgent problem concerning one of my e-mail addresses (the address itself no longer receives any external mail, no matter who owns it). Urgent, because I have a legitimate need to be reached on that specific address. Anyway, I have filed an incident but it just doesn't show up in my "Pending cases" (I'm on the legacy platform) . Also tried support@powweb.com, to no avail.
