My second site was left as automatic.

On the main migration kiosk page it says
We attempted to complete the migration of your site and encountered a quality issue. Our migration team is currently reviewing your site to attempt to correct the problem. If we are able to do so, we will complete your migration and notify you when it is complete.

If I click on the QA Results Tool page it lists no errors.

Can't queue actions because actions are already pending

It means that while your site did go through the process, something happened that stopped the migration before we changed your DNS to point to the new servers. There could be a number of reasons why this happened. Please contact Support with your username and ask them if they can tell you which process halted.

I just checked, msworab, and your site looks fine from a QA perspective. Try a flip run.

Yes that account is fine. It is another account that has a problem. I spoke with support and it should be taken care of.
