Thank You Powweb/Endurance

I'd Like to thank everyone at Powweb/Endurance for making this migration such a Wonderful [sarcasm] experiance. Of all the things that have changed here at Powweb, I'm glad to see that the Support level is the same as always. With Exception to "Amanda" on the Tech line who was able to assist a bit, atleast cleared some minor things up for me.

I understand that Powweb must be working hard to try to fix the problems, but seems like powweb would also like to stiffle those who are feeling frustrated. Apparently Frustration will not be tolerated during this migration.

I've tried asking for help, I've tried getting the proper information, I'm tired of coming back to this site and not being able to get answers along with other. Does Powweb care about all it's customers? or just a select few?

God knows I don't care anymore either. With a fair number of failed attempts to back up my site, with various posts unanswered, and with an impending feeling of doom, I'm going to say the fark with it and press the button. and if it screws up then I'm going to chalk it up to Powweb/Endurance not caring and just start over, and in 2 months when my Package is up for renewal, consider my options, and see what Powweb/Endurance is really doing for the people.

The one thing I can definitely say has always remained the same is that this forum is not, never was intended to be, and should not be considered an official support channel. Most of the people you see in here from Endurance/PowWeb are trying to keep up with things and doing a pretty good job. My opionion.

Please be aware that this community is very open and we only move/arrange/remove items as we need to per the general rules of any good forum.
