FTP Access

Is anyone having problems with uploading files lately? Starting yesterday I get the error message stating "Connection failed neptune.powweb.com - connection timed out".

I have urgent uploads awaiting.

I'm getting the same message. Glad to know it's not just me, but I also need to upload some things.
Will they tell us when it's fixed?

My ftp access is down, I can still view my site, but the ftp has been down for over 48hours.... so powweb, you now owe me about...2 years of 100% uptime to even this out...
