I hope I'm asking this question okay...

When my website gets migrated, will the address etc. that I have on my FTP program to upload files to my site need to be changed?

Thanks...

Yes - you will need to change it to ftp.powweb.com in your FTP program.

Tom,

Thanks! So to clarify: I change my Host Name/address, which is now ftp01.powweb.com, to just ftp.powweb - right?

I’m scheduled to have my site migrated next week so is there anything I need to know or is everything just automatic? I’ve been so busy lately that I haven’t had time to see if there are problems that people are mentioning about migration on the forum - so a ‘heads-up’ on what I should be aware of would be appreciated.

Thanks ...

Also watch your pop email settings, this one caught a client of mine out eg if your
email client had a pop setting that was mail05.powweb.com change to mail.powweb.com . Just double check the new pop settings to make sure.
