Hello Admin or powweb staff,

I got a mail regarding migrating 6th July to migrate my sites in one package and today my 2 sites are not working and show the below error page

Page not found
The page you are looking for might have been removed,
had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please try the following:
If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

- Click the Back button in your browser to try another link.
- Use a search engine like Google to look for information on the Internet.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HTTP 404 - File not found

Sites which are not working are www.addscript.com and www.scriptsfinder.com

Rest other sites inthe same package are working fine. I request you to look into this matter urgently.

I tried to contact on chat also be from last 1 hour i am getting this message:
All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly.

Earlier chat was good where atleast we can get a person to talk regarding problem

Waiting for urgent response.

I'm neither Admin nor Powweb staff but never-the-less here goes.

Chat is often extremely busy, especially during the evening US time-zones.

The two sites you posted are loading fine for me. It was probably simply a propagation delay for the DNS information to point to the new platform servers.

Both work for me to raj; If you still have problems accessing your sites try dumping your cache.

Hi all,

Thanks for your quick reply but i am still viewing the error page after dumping my chache in India.

Could you please let me know what could be the problem.

Raj

Propagation after transfer is the most likely reason for the delay in you being able to see the pages. Have you tried going to a non-existent page - then returning to the main page?

eg: http://www.addscript.com/thisdoesntexist

then http://www.addscript.com

Hi all,

I have posted this thread couple of days ago but still my sites are some time opening and some time now. Do i have to change anything in domain for proper running of sites on new platform.

I am getting this error:

Page not found

My sites are

www.scriptsfinder.com
www.addscript.com
www.tutorialsbulletin.com

These sites are giving me problems. I request PW staff to check this issue and tell me weather i have to do anything because i can't wait more to solve this problem.

I don't think so DNS propagation will take this much of time. There is some problem with PW.

Funny thing is admin panel is working on all domains but mail site is not working. Try http://www.Upper Mentioned Domains/admin/index.php

Also wants to clear one more thing, these domains are poited domains and main domains is working fine. Another pointed domain in same package is www.rhymestore.com which is also working fine.

Waiting for solution urgently.

raj,

All 3 of those sites are loading fine for me here. Also, all 3 of the sites /admin/index.php load a login page for me as well.

If you've cleared your cache and flushed the DNS on your computer and are still not able to load your sites, then I'd suggest contacting your ISP to see if they are still using the old DNS.

http://www.tutorialsbulletin.com/index.php

This site gives a 404 without the specific addition of the index.php request. You may need to add a redirect within a .html file for this to work for the moment until Powweb have the problem resolved.

The other two sites loaded OK, a litlle slowly, but OK.
