Phone support survey

I'd like to participate in your phone support survey but I refuse to enable cookies for anyone. It is obviously easy to determine if a client has cookies disabled and the alternative would be to switch to some other form of session management if cookies are disabled. The fact that the website asked me to lower my security settings makes me wander if it is to get my opinions or to collect information about my habitual activities on the net. Now don't get me wrong this could simply be pure laziness on the developers part but still asking me to lower MY security settings is just criminal.

We use Surveymonkey for the surveys and unfortunately their programming is out of our hands. Maybe you could contact them and make your suggestions?

Or maybe PowWeb could be a little more selective in choosing companies to do surveys on their behalf and not choose one which makes it's customers feel uncomfortable by asking them to lower security settings???

Three of the four "well-known" survey companies that can handle the traffic we send them require it and will not change their stance on this.

We do not want you to feel uncomfortable. One option is to not fill out the survey, but send your thoughts and information to the transition@powweb-inc.com address and we'll treat it as a qualified response.

My day job has used NFOMySurvey.com and npdor.com and had excellent results with both of them.
