If you're trying to view it using the POWWEB OPS... good luck.
You'll probably need to go in via an FTP or IE to the ftp.powweb.com

Not sure why, but the file viewer via OPS shows just the "HOME" folder and nothing else (for me anyway).

Not being able to see your files from OPS means, I am pretty sure, very likely, that you are not the owner of your files. (That's what happened to me.) Try uploading -- you might not have permission to do any uploads. If you can upload new files, then you probably can't upload any of the invisible files. You can also play with trying to increase the permissions on the directory you can see (but remember to eventually change them back if you succeed). If you have an FTP program, you might be able to see your files. (I was able to delete the files that I did not own via my FTP program.)

I was able to find a ftp loader, but EGADS! they wanted 100 dollars for it.
I still cant get people to come and see my site without the complaint all they get is the index file. someone said just delete the index file.

The problem is that you DON'T have an index file.

For ftp try www.smartftp.com

Was this a migration? SO you had files before - and now they are gone?
I've had some problems with the migration, but nothing like this.
When you go into ADMIN area, do you see anything? Hopefully you backed the site up and can re-up it with an FTP program.
There are quite a few FREE FTP programs out there -
FTP Commander
Smart FTP
Or even upload via the ADMIN area...
Overwrite the existing index files.
Let us know when you're up and running.

Always remember, the NEW ftp location is ftp.powweb.com

Just a reminder that a backup of a program from the legacy site might not work on the new site.
