My sub domains have stopped working since migration and have only worked once for 15 minutes. I submitted a help ticket; it said that the message was resolved and the problem was solved. I also opened the 24/7 live chat request thing.. which Steve answered, but the chat window kept closing {probably my browser}

In firefox, when i try to visit my subdomain: talk.lime-tree.org or muffins.lime-tree.org I get this:

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at talk.lime-tree.org.
* Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
www.example.com
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

It's.. definitely not my internet connection. My main domain works fine. It's just the subdomains. It's been like this for about 2 days. I'm not sure if I'm the only one with this problem or not, but it sure as hell is driving me crazy T_T"

Your domain registration expired on July 7. Renew it through OPS.

What does this mean? :S

Your domain could not be Registered/Renewed do to the following error: ERROR: 440 Invalid expiration year in order

Your credit card info is incorrect, would be my guess.

Really? oO"

When I went to renew it, it gave me a choice; I just chose "Free domain with hosting credits" <- which was what I was meant to get; which should therefore mean it's free and credit card is not required right? Confused -__-"

I don't think it gives me another choice to try to renew it. What can I do ? o_O"

Contact support. I was just guessing at the reason for the error.

Alright thanks :X

EDIT // Apparentli there was an error with my domain renewal. It was renewed before, but it hadn't processed. It has now.
