Alright, I had my site migrated, and everything looked fine, I run a vbulletin forum, that seemed fine as well, but when i went to process updates today add a few new addons, everytime i had to add an addon that goes under my /forum/ root whenever i try to access them it goes directly to this error:

Page not found

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HTTP 404 - File not found

an example of this would be www.anime-extreme.net/forum/anymedia.php (which i tried to add today)

whereas if i check my addons that were made prior to migrating that were placed under the forum root they are all fine

example of this would be: http://www.anime-extreme.net/forum/sr_classifieds.php (added prior to migration and still working)

it's like anything I add now is not being incorporated. this is very frusterating. any help would be greatly appreciated.

well that's absolute crazyness. how do they expect their customers to stay with them if they have it so that we can't do anything new/change our sites. i need to get this resolved asap. they need to fix it.

That's not really relevant to the original poster's question/problem.www.anime-extreme.net/forum/anymedia.phpI don't see that file within your account. Did you change your FTP server to ftp.powweb.com after your site was migrated? I'm guessing you've been uploading new files to your legacy account.

I just looked at your legacy account and found the anymedia.php file. So my above diagnosis is correct. Change your ftp server to ftp.powweb.com and you should be all set.
