Powweb's Customer service is not reliable. After they migrated my account to a new server, my whole website broke down. I could't log into my movable type account and my gallery installation failed.
I just wondered if the problem has been fixed since then? My parents' account has been migrated a few weeks ago, but it's only today that they tried to log into movable type, which they can't do. I have tried with all the authors of the database, and all logins fail.
Any clue on how this has been resolved (if it has)?
