I have contacted support through email on this issue..three days no help. I tried the live chat...but fell asleep after waiting for 30 min. So here is goes...my account migrated fine...but when I go to my website I get what appears to be my text to my website, but not the template. I built my site with web builder...maybe it didn't all move over, but how would I know what files didn't move over if I used the template to build it?
* I decided to try the new builder Site Delux, but when I go to publish I get an error on the page...but don't know what the error is.
Any help would be great. Thanx

my site is http://www.theblueangelz.com
Hi,
I don't have much for an answer regarding your Web Builder site at this point, but if you'd like to call into our phone support (24/7) then we can look into any errors you are receiving through SiteDelux. As of right now there shouldn't be much of a wait to speak with someone, if you have to wait at all.

This was emailed to me to help publish my site through sitedelux...but i need some instructions! I go to file manager and see 3 folders under home folder...htdocs, pwrbld, and qlink. I went to htdocs, but don't know where to go to rename the index file, and if I did rename it what would it be called? One more thing....why can't my domain name just be http://www.theblueangelz.com? That's what is was before... and I would like to keep it like that and not have it what is says below. THanks.
I have reset the file permissions for your site. Currently, you should
be able to publish the site through SiteDelux. I have published the
site in to 'http://theblueangelz.com/theblueangelzwebsitedesign/ '
adderess. If you want to publish the site into root, then please, rename the
index file in the root(old index) and then publish your site.
