Hello Support,
My site http://www.gopilipinas.com loads very slow for 2 weeks now. In your previous thread you mentioned that you guys are dealing with this problem on a case to case basis. So here's my case now.
I'm really frustrated now, (my coppermine gallery (http://gopilipinas.com/picgallery/) also loads very very slow, took more than a minute to load on a 512K DSL connection. My XMB forum (http://gopilipinas.com/barkadacentral/index.php) also has the same problem. Both of these has been re-installed because the database has been broken when I got migrated, already lost thousands of unhappy forum members. I also drop two popunder advertisers just to improve loading time.
I have been a PW member for almost FOUR years now. Never had this kind of problem before migration, I'm a very happy PW customer and I had recommended your services to my friends.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING and FIX this problem, I'm still optimistic you'll be able to improve your services.

In the previous thread with the same problem it was mentioned that I can create a topic of the same kind if you still experience the same problem. This is the reason I posted this, and also to let everyone knows that they were not the only one who still experience SLOW loading of pages.
If you've already contacted support and the problem hasn't been resolved, contact them again and ask them to escalate the ticket. Also, post the ticket number here.

i am getting slow load times or no load http://www.raveforum.co.uk http://www.ravepictures.co.uk http://drumandbasswise.co.uk  they both time out or say no my sql server . does anybody know whats going on.???
I check out your Forum site and your site loading time is much worse compared to mine. It took 7 minutes to load on a 256K DSL connection (my home,I used 512K connection at my office). You really need to call PW about this or else you will loose forum members.
i'm noticing slowness even to these forums..
These forums aren't on our network. They're still on legacy servers.
They're fast here - or as fast as they ever are for me. Maybe it's a problem somewhere on the path to LA.
Try a ping to forum.powweb.com - you may be able to see a bottleneck / long delay.

It's 5pm July 12, 2006, my site http://www.gopilipinas.com is still VERY SLOW to load. I bought today the XAT.com's Image Optimizer software to decrease the file sizes of my images but after uploading all the optimized images, still my site loads VERY SLOW. I tried using firefox and ms-internet explorer both have the same clock in loading time.
And there is no problem with my DSL connection because before I do the testing I tested my connection speed first using 2wire.com's speed test and I got a clock speed of 514K.
Already contacted support there's no response yet.
I did a TRACERT of my site below is the result.
Can anybody interpret this result? Is there a problem here?

It seems it is your crossing into Los Angeles and the subsequent hops that delay you.
My tracert, over the atlantic from London (eventually) is about 3 times faster. Where in world terms are you?

I live in the Philippines and my DSL provider is the major DSL provider in my country, I have no problem with them before migration. My site loads very fast for almost 4 years now, until this migration thing with PW.
This is where the slowdown is happening:

It's bouncing around cogentco.com before hitting Endurance.
this isn't surprising as cogent is notorious for peering issues and slowness being a "value" (ultra low end) bandwidth provider. Several months ago Level3 depeered with them which makes things worse
http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stories.pl?ACCT=104&STORY=/www/story/10-07-2005/0004164041
although the slowness i'm getting on your site is from your numerous ads...
217 objects/images being called for the home page does seem a bit extreme.
