I'd just like to say, I have had nothing but exceedingly positive experiences with the phone tech help here.

I saw no place to offer them kudos, and so am doing so here: Kudos!

I wonder how many people will actually agree with you before this thread gets hi-jacked by our good friends in the FTP is slow thread. :D

I'm glad to hear all the hard work our staff does to keep the reps. well-trained and polite has paid off for you.

I'll have to try phone support. I tried the online support and twice I have waited close to or over an hour for someone to come on. The first time I tried it the rep was unable to help me and had to pass it on to more support.

I don't bash them though unless they say something that just doesn't make any sense. I have had to work a support line before and anyone that can deal with some of the idiots that call in on a dialy basis should be rewarded.

Yeah I gave up after over an hour of waiting for the chat guys to help me. Then I tried the phone support, and I have never waited for more than 2 minutes to get someone. They were very helpful; if they didn't know what to do, they didn't say it was my problem, hey just promptly pushed it up.

I dunno about the second tier help, though. I had a problem pushed up to them, and it was fixed, but I don't know if it was my fiddling or theirs. :) To be fair, it's only been 24 hours, and they said it could take as much as 48 to hear from them. It's just that they are so quiet. :P

I did call the first tier help to ask about it and they said, "Yeah! Give us a call if you need some feedback."

So nice. :)
