View Full Version : Critical Error (Help!)
When I login at my forum http://www.thrashunlimited.com/forum/index.php this is all I see. I'm sort of feeling like a child here as I am absolutely clueless on what this is about or what to do....
Right after I posted this I was able to login. (Figures).....Now after an hour I have the same critical error again. Obviously something is not right. Advice please someone.

MySQL:: Can't create a new thread (errno 11); if you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug<BR>Could not connect to database server or login failed<BR>
I've never seen an error message like this before.
Five minutes before I got this error, I wasn't even able to get a PHP page to run...HTML seems to be fine though. I haven't made any changes to these pages in weeks and they worked fine yesterday.
I'll be calling shortly.

Just called in they said there was an issue with mysql server 15, which is mine. Anyone have this problem on any other server?
Now I don't feel so alone...

The tech support # is 877-476-9932.
Press 2 then 1 to get to support. I never have to wait more than a couple seconds to get ahold of someone (way better than chat huh?!).
Tell them about the problem and ask them to pass it up so that we bother all the tech guys w/ it. :)
Same here, mysql server 15. It stinks! With the old management, I remember they put up a service outage notice in cases like this. I'm, of course, not in a position to know what exactly is going on, but I personally feel this migration stuff has severly degraded the service I'm getting for the buck.

I was just on with live chat and they told me it was all resolved. I checked my site and nope there were still errors. They then asked for the url and I sent to them They then wanted to send to someone who specializes in scripts. i told them it was not a script issue as i can't even access the database thru mySqlAdmim. They just gave me a ref number and will email me later. Wonder what the heck is going on. I hope my data is not lost.
Edit 2:20
I am back online now.....
My forum just came back on again...strange.

Mine is back up now too. Thanks, Powweb!
I've been seeing "Internal Server Error" all morning .. i opened a ticket, and they said there was an issue but it was resolved.
About an hour later, i'm seeing the same errors again so i opened another ticket.
Why dont they post issues in the "Issues" thread? there's nothing in there since July ! WTF, why bother having it there if they never use it?
FWIW i'm on SQLserver 09 ..
I'm getting
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: show_threadindexads() in /hermes/web08/b****/pow.******/htdocs/ict/community/Sources/Load.php(1627) : eval()'d code on line 8
Not sure if it is realted to issues others have been having, just about to start troubleshooting which is a nightmare as I was at mates wedding all day yesterday and am suffering from major hangover.
managed to eventually get my site forum sorted - it seems that whatever was going on with the database servers it corrupted some tables. A rebuild of the database and I was back up and running.
add me to the list too! I just checked my site and get the error message : "Cant' connect to DBCan't create a new thread (errno 11); if you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug"

Hi,
Same problem here, cannot connect to the MySQL server.
Contacted live support for all the good it did me, first I got told I had no index page then I was told everything other than that their was a problem with their sql server.
Both my sites use databases neither work, I cant even access the database through the Powweb control panel.
Alex

Hi,
Problem only started for me about 2 hours ago when my sites went offline. Was trying to talk to "live support" but wasn't getting anywhere.
I hope they get it sorted the "live support" person told me it could take 48 hours, I am hoping that was a joke.
I am on MySQL12
Thanks
Alex
