Ok I used the instant installed to install coppermine, when I goto login using my username and pass word I chose when doing the install.. this is what happens... first.. at the login screen it says
"Warning your browser does not accept script's cookies "
And I'm not sure how to change this my IE does have cookies on.... so I login in and enter my username and password and it says Welcome Rick... and then it goes back to the main page...
Ok but it says LOG IN at the top and there is no way to upload or get into admin or anything... so what am I doing wrong??
