I have to say that, beside tall he migration issues, the new Powweb confirmed to be unreliable.
I spend 3 weeks on the phone with them to give my developer in Canada access to the mysql database as before the migration. Developer which is on pay since the migration and still hasnt been able to work. During these 3 weeks I have been put on hold all together for over a hour to be finally told by a supervisor yesterday that with the new system there is no an external portal to mysql anymore for security reasons and the only way is to give the external developer full access to my OPS. ???? I mean, honestly, how can that be any safer??
I finally find the access on my own on the very same powweb site. Should I tell them?
