ok, to begin with i had my site set to suto migrate a while back. it had errors and never went through. support said they would manually move it. well, i was contacted and told everything was moved and to test to make sure everything was working and if it wasnt then contact them. i had no problems so let it go, then a couple weeks ago i got an email saying my account needed to be migrated, i let it go because i was told i was already migrated by support. well, the 1st came and went with no problems on my sites so i figured it was done and over with. well, today my forum has been reset back a month. i am missing several members and any posts made after aug 6th. i tried to restore with a sql backup with a from 8-31 through ops but it doesnt work, and speaking of ops, i no longer have the new ops, just the legacy. i used to have the choice between the two but now i have only legacy ops. any help?

well, from what i can figure when my site was manually migrated by the powweb staff my site was still building on the old databases. once the old system was shut down, my site started using the new system databases which hadn't been updated since my migration. whats wierd is if i go to mysql it shows my databases are on server 18, yet a link i found to the new mysql shows the server list stopping at 15. my site is shut down till this is resolved.

well, not sure where i found that link to the new mysql servers but i did find it in my history and went back to it. was able to log into my account on server 1 where my old databases were on server 18. i uploaded my last backup from the 31st and all has been returned to normal minus one member and a few posts made before the site went down. i still don't have access to the new ops system only the legacy but for the time being i think i have put things back in order.

Hi There,

I think that a had exacly the same problem as you. But I dont understood here do you found the adress of you new database. My web site still using the mysql10.powweb.com, but if I clic over administer in MySQL panel it send me to a weird adress (custsql-pow10). I dont know what to do to get my web site like in the 29 august! I'm very unhappy with powweb! I never get any trouble before this migration, but now I think seriously if I'll renew my account!
