Permission errors and MySQL Server Names

I have been having trouble modifying tables in a db. Error is:
"Access denied for user 'xxxxxx'@'10.1.%' to database 'yyyyyy'"

Received through phpMyAdmin after following the Administer link in MySQL Management page in OPS. I have set all the user permissions to on in the MYSQL Management page.

1 thing I did notice is that phpMyAdmin says server: custsql-pow07, but the MySQL manage page says db on mysql07.powweb.com.

Are these the same server? I am just following the powweb links in OPS.

I have the same problem! Anybody know how to solve it?

I logged a support ticket, and action was taken by poweweb (not sure what action - the support ticket does not specify). The problem has now been fixed.

Many hours after this fix I did get a support email saying my permissions are wrong. Pity I made my fixes and put them back by then.
