If you'd like a critique, it helps if you post a URL for the site that you want critiqued !!!

Layout:
I recommend centering the top navigation menu.
The two images on the front page to the right should be top and bottom to each other instead of side to side. They take up a lot of room for people viewing the site on 800x600 or 1024x768 resolutions.
The color scheme is good, matching the photos.

On your blog section the top logo/banner looks good and I would recommend using that on the front page and forum to make the site have a more unified look.

Load Times:
The load time is 12 seconds on 56k modem connection and less than 1 second on 1.44mbps connection. Not bad :)
You can check speeds here:

Conclusion:
Good start, couldn't find any errors or dead links. :D
I recommend adding a contact form.

The home page needs a nice logo banner. There should be an About Us page and other links in the navigation menu. The image links for the blog and forum are not really necessary, if your paragraphs of text contain links that entice people to click. But they do add color and imagery to break up the text.

Currently, the text is squeezed into the left and almost overlooked like ads often are. Try putting the text in the middle and make standard web banner links for the blog and forum between your paragraphs. Viewers will read text, see a banner, read more text, see another banner to see all contents. Placing images between text give the eyes a break for easier reading.

The blog banner is nice, but a bit large. In 800x600 screen resolution, the banner covers almost half of the screen view. Oh, there is the link to read about Doug. The contact link is there, too. Try adding them to the home page just to fill the menu and make it look more complete.

The Nation Board has its name, then a logo banner. That is redundant and repetitive. ;) There are so many things at the top of the page that the actual posts begin half way down the screen view. The color scheme is gray and dreary like a rainy day. The color and logo should be consistent for all pages of the website. I felt like a clicked to a new website, but the domain name remained the same in the address bar.

The contents are well organized and focused on the site topic. I had to click the Back button in the browser to get from the Board to the previous page. Just a few minor tweaks in design and navigation would improve this website. It is functional and educational as it is.

Wow, thank you both for such a thorough look. I truly appreciate your time and plan on making the changes. Very well put!

Ok, I made some changes to the front page of reflexology nation as a start. I think it looks better.

The updated home page looks better. Align paragraphs of text to the left. Create a new table row or table for the copyright text so it doesn't break to the next line as it does in 800x600 screen resolution. Are you planning to put ads, news or other contents on the right side? There is now space for something.
