My Domainname is currently registred with Network Solution and expires in February... is it possible to use Powwebs Domain Registrar to renew my Domain Name and pay only $15 instead of $30 with Network Solution?
What would I have to do?

Yes, you can do this via http://15domains.com. Just click on the "transfer registrar" link.

Eventually, you will be able to transfer your existing domains registrars to Powweb’s registrar from w/in Ops.
