Suggestions

The website is a little dark, changing the bacground to white or an off white color may make it easier to see. The main picture doesn't really go with a black setting.
If you keep the background black use a lighter color for the links, dark blue is hard to read on black.
Copyright information is very tiny and hard to read.

IMHO you need the following..
A header for each page (once I'm in the site the company name/logo should be at the top of each page)
Try installing a photogallery rather than just setting the images in. This automates alot of the work and automatically makes clickable thumbnails.
If you are going to use imaes along the bottom for your feooter links, make them a bit bigger and use an image swap on mouseover. Also set the Anti-alias to Smooth in your graphics editor.
The links up top should have a CSS command to eliminate the underline and to create a new color on mouseover.
I checked and didn't see any CSS attached at all so you will need to create one.
Make a css file with the appropriate classes and the rest of the site will be much easier to do.
